What is Tyg Décor?
Tyg Décor is a manufacturer, retailer, and ambassador for the idea that the right accessories can make you love your home all over again. We source super premium fabrics, manufacture pillows with the highest quality craftsmanship, and then sell them direct to you. By cutting out the middlemen, we’re able to give you heirloom-quality products you’d otherwise have to pay hundreds of dollars for in boutiques.
What does Tyg mean?
Tyg is Swedish for “fabric.” What better way to capture our obsession with the craft and art of fine fabrics? At Tyg Décor, we believe opulent fabrics can make any home feel more luxurious and stylish.
What comes with my subscription?
It depends on which option you sign up for. We offer three options that vary. To review these options visit our Subscription page.
How do I join?
Joining is simple. Navigate to our Subscribe page and review the plans we offer. Once you have decided which plan fits you best, click “Sign Up” and let us know your style preferences and personal information, then you are part of the family and it won’t be long until your first subscription arrives to your doorstep.
How much does it cost?
The cost of our products depends on what you are looking for. We offer individual pillows and subscriptions, but with both we aim to cut out the middleman, and therefore can offer higher quality products at an affordable price.
Why was my subscription renewed?
Our subscriptions auto renew on an annual basis. We want to make sure you don't miss out on the latest styles. We try to make this apparent on the site when you order or log into your account, but sometimes it gets missed! You can log into your account to update or cancel an upcoming renewal of your subscription at any time.
When will I receive my subscription order?
Subscriptions are shipped during the middle of the month (approximately the 15th). If you sign up before our shipment has gone out, your box will go out with all of our subscription boxes for that month. If your order comes in after our middle-of-the-month mailing, we will put your box in the mail within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your box ships. Are there ever coupons?
We’re committed to designing and manufacturing the best products at affordable prices. We think everyone deserves a bargain, one that’s reflected in our standard prices.
How do I change my password?
To reset your password (or set it for the first time), go here. You’ll receive an email containing a link with instructions to create a new password.
How do I change my shipping address?
To update your address please follow these instructions (Please note all address changes need to be made prior to next subscription shipment):
- Log in on tygdecor.com with your username and password
- Head on over to your subscription settings
- Click the edit button above your current address to update your address
- Change your shipping address in the boxes
- Click 'Save Address” at the bottom
When will I be billed?
You will be billed for your full subscription immediately upon signup. Your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following the last delivery of your current plan. So for example if you bought a quarterly subscription in May, you would next be billed in May of the following year.
Is the total subscription charged up front?
Yes, the full cost of your yearly subscription is paid when you sign up. That way, each time your box shows up, it’s like receiving a gift from your stylish alter ego.
What payment options are available?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Are there shipping fees?
Shipping is free within the lower 48 states for any of our subscriptions.
How come my subscription didn’t arrive?
We ship around the 15th of the month, so you should receive your subscription within 2-8 business days. If it’s been more than 8 days and you think your subscription is missing, let us know and email email@example.com. We will do all we can to get to the bottom of this!
What countries can receive boxes?
We currently ship everywhere in the United States and Canada!
Where can I find a tracking number?
All packages shipping in the U.S. have tracking numbers. As soon as the tracking number is active, you'll get an email with a link you can use to keep an eye on your subscription. Also, when you log into your account you can also find your tracking number there for you as soon as your package has been processed by our shipping provider.
Will you let me know when my box has shipped?
Yes, you should receive an email when your shipment is on its way that contains tracking information so you can follow its progress to your door. For our Canadian subscribers while we cannot provide tracking for Canada Post at this time, you will get an email confirming your subscription has shipped!
Can I return a defective product?
We’re committed to ensuring that you are as delighted with your purchase as we are. If anything has gone wrong, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your cancellation policy and how do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time before it’s annual renewal. If you cancel in the middle of your subscription you will still receive any additional shipments included in your subscription, but your subscription will not be renewed.
